The First American Idol Finalist was Voted Out of American Idol Top 12 on Wednesday Night
Who got voted off American Idol this week was revealed in the Wednesday American Idol Results Show. The first top 12 finalist who got voted off wasn’t announced until near the end of the program (of course) so that they could create a lot of drama before it was finally announced who was going home. This is the first American Idol Results Show for the top 12 finalists, as the previous three weeks were used to slim down the field from 24 to 12 by sending four of the American Idol contestant’s home each week. Now down to just 12 remaining finalists for the ninth season of American Idol, the fans will vote out one person each week.
