Nancy Benoit, Hustler Photos! (PHOTOS)
Nancy Benoit and Hustler Magazine have been in court battling out the ruling on sexy and revealing photos taken and published by Hustler magazine in 2008. The Supreme Court reportedly ruled today that Hustler magazine can be sued for publishing Nancy Benoit pictures from when she was a young woman. The verdict has contradicted and overruled a lower court’s decision.
Nancy Benoit’s name became national known following the horrific murder-suicide carried out by Pro Wrestler, Chris Benoit which left Nancy and their seven-old dead. Nancy Benoit was only 43 years old.
The Benoit family filed a lawsuit against Hustler Magazine for publishing photos which were taken over twenty ago. The family claims that Nancy asked for all photos be destroyed by the photographer. Obviously these photos were not destroyed by the photographer because they later surfaced on the internet.
